 Note – if this site is configured to enable purchases through a gateway such as PayPal, these are performed in such a way that no additional personal information (credit card information, etc.) is made available to us. These transactions are performed directly with the payment gateway.

All of the above information (with the exception of user-account passwords that you establish) may be available to staff of your club/facility.

The web browser you use to access this system might communicate various technical information about your device and network connection to our server. This may include device type and software types/versions, your IP address etc..

All information collected is used only for the purposes of operating this scheduling system. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not make this information available to any other party. We will not use this information to contact you.

Our system was delivered to your club/facility in a configuration such that personal names are not shown on activity schedules, sign-up lists, etc. when viewed by other (non-staff) users. Your club/facility may, at its sole discretion, change this system behavior with or without giving you an option to opt-in/opt-out.
